IBPS Photo Resizer
Prepare your IBPS photo at exactly 200 × 230 pixels and 20–50 KB for bank PO, Clerk and RRB forms — then use the Signature tab for your 140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB signature.
Drag & drop your photo here
or click to choose a file — JPG, PNG or WebP
🔒 Your file never leaves your device — resizing happens in your browser.

IBPS photo and signature for bank exam forms
IBPS application forms for PO, Clerk, RRB and Specialist Officer posts all use the same upload specifications: a photograph of 200 × 230 pixels between 20 KB and 50 KB, and a signature of 140 × 60 pixels between 10 KB and 20 KB, in JPG format. This page's tool starts on the IBPS Photo preset; when the photo is done, the Signature tab is already set to IBPS Signature, so both uploads for your form are prepared in one visit.
IBPS adds two signature rules worth knowing before you start. The signature must be made with a black ink pen on white paper — blue ink and pencil scans are common rejection reasons — and it must be your running signature, not block capital letters, which IBPS explicitly does not accept. Sign on a plain sheet, photograph it straight-on in good light, and crop tightly with the locked 140 × 60 frame in the Signature tab.
Both IBPS bands have minimums, and small clean files can fall beneath them — a neat signature often encodes below 10 KB. If that happens, the tool quietly pads the JPEG with invisible comment-segment data until the file sits inside the band; the image itself is untouched. The result panel always shows the final size with a green confirmation, so you can check the number against your form's instructions before you download and upload.

Frequently asked questions
What are the IBPS photo and signature specifications?
Photograph: 200 × 230 pixels, 20–50 KB, JPG. Signature: 140 × 60 pixels, 10–20 KB, JPG. Both are presets in the tool on this page — Photo tab for the photograph, Signature tab for the signature.
What are IBPS's rules for the signature itself?
Sign in black ink on white paper, in your normal running hand — IBPS does not accept signatures in capital/block letters, and the signature on your answer sheet and call letter must match the uploaded one. Prepare the file here only after you are happy with the signature on paper.
My signature file came to only 8 KB. Is that acceptable for IBPS?
No — IBPS sets a 10 KB minimum for signatures. This tool detects an underweight file and adds invisible padding data inside the JPEG to bring it into the 10–20 KB band, without altering the signature image in any way.
