Specifications can change

Photo, signature and document requirements (file size in KB, pixel dimensions, format, background) are decided by each organisation and may change without notice. Our presets, tables and guides are compiled from publicly available instructions at the time of writing, but they may not reflect the very latest notice. Always confirm the current requirements in the official advertisement or instructions of the relevant organisation before submitting your application.

No guarantee of acceptance

Our tools set the technical properties of a file (size, dimensions, format) to the values you choose or select as a preset. Whether an application is accepted depends on many factors outside our control — image content and clarity, correctness of the rest of the form, and the organisation's own checks. We cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be accepted.

Tool output quality

Compressing an image to a very small target size inevitably reduces its quality, and enlarging or altering images has limits. Results depend on the original file you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the downloaded file before using it.
