Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026. This policy explains what information Tools Website does — and does not — collect when you use our free online tools.

1. Your files never leave your device

All of our tools run locally in your web browser using JavaScript. When you select a photo, signature or document in any tool on this site, the file is processed on your own device. Your files are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server — ours or anyone else's. We cannot see, access, copy or recover the files you process, and closing the browser tab removes them from the page completely.

2. No accounts, no personal data

This site has no user accounts, no registration and no login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information in order for you to use the tools. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we will receive the details you choose to send (such as your email address and message) and use them only to reply to you.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — for example which tools are popular, which pages are visited, and the general type of device and country of visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and does not give us information that identifies you personally. This data helps us decide which tools to improve. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense cookies

This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense, which keeps the tools free.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Google's advertising practices are described in Google's own policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

5. Other cookies and local storage

We store one small preference in your browser's local storage: your choice of light or dark theme, so the site remembers it on your next visit. This preference never leaves your device and is not used for tracking. The analytics and advertising services described above may set their own cookies as described.

6. Third-party links

Our pages may link to external websites (for example official exam or form websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

7. Children's privacy

The tools are general-purpose utilities and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; as explained above, the site collects no personal information from any user of the tools.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a tool or an advertising or analytics service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page.
