1. The service

The Site provides free online tools — including image compression and resizing, photo and signature preparation for application forms, and file conversion — that run in your web browser. The tools are provided free of charge, without registration, and we may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the tools only for lawful purposes and only with files you own or have permission to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the Site in a way that harms its availability to other users.
  • Do not use the tools to create documents or images intended to deceive an institution — for example, altering a photo or signature to impersonate another person. Adjusting the size, format or background of your own photo or signature to meet a form's technical requirements is the intended use.

3. Your files and your responsibility

Files you select in a tool are processed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us; we have no copy of them and cannot recover them for you. You are responsible for keeping your own originals.

Form specifications (file size, pixel dimensions, format, background colour and similar requirements) are set by the organisation that owns the form and can change at any time. Our presets and guides reflect the specifications known to us when published, but you must verify the final file against the current official instructions of the relevant exam board, employer or authority before submitting. We are not responsible for an application rejected because a specification had changed or was entered incorrectly.

4. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every output will be accepted by every form, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tools Website and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on a tool's output, including a missed application deadline or a rejected form submission.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and code belong to Tools Website or its licensors. The files you create with the tools are entirely yours — we claim no rights over your input files or the outputs you generate.

7. Advertising

The Site is supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdSense). Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertisers and do not imply our endorsement of any product or service advertised.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
