Handwritten Declaration Resizer — 800×400 px, 50–100 KB
IBPS and SBI forms end with an upload candidates routinely get wrong: the handwritten declaration, at exactly 800 × 400 pixels and 50–100 KB. Write the declaration text from your notification in your own handwriting, photograph it, and this page — preset to exactly that specification — makes the file that fits. Free, no sign-up, and your file never leaves your device.

✅ Your declaration is ready
The IBPS / SBI handwritten declaration specification
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Dimensions | 800 × 400 pixels |
| File size | 50–100 KB |
| Format | JPG |
| Text | The exact declaration wording from your notification, handwritten by you |
| Lettering | Not in capital letters (IBPS specifically requires this) |
| Background | Plain white paper, dark ink |
These are the figures and rules IBPS and SBI notifications publish for the declaration upload. The wording of the declaration itself changes between exams and cycles — always copy it from your own notification, never from a sample online — and confirm the size figures there too before submitting.
How to use
- Write the declaration. Copy the exact text from your notification, word for word, in your own handwriting on plain white paper with a dark pen — not in capital letters.
- Photograph it and add it here. Straight from above, in bright even light. Drag the wide frame so it covers the whole written text with a small margin.
- Make and download. The tool produces exactly 800 × 400 px inside 50–100 KB — a clean white page often compresses below 50 KB, so harmless padding inside the file brings it into the band, and the panel says so.
Tips for a declaration that is accepted
- Your handwriting, nobody else's. The declaration is compared with your writing at later stages; a declaration written by someone else can disqualify you.
- No capital letters. Write in normal sentence case, exactly as the notification's own text is printed.
- Dark pen, white unruled paper. Blue or black ink reads clearly; ruled lines crossing the text make the scan look untidy.
- Fill the frame with the text. A small declaration lost in a big white page becomes unreadable at 800 × 400 — photograph the sheet close, text large.
Completing your IBPS / SBI set
The same application also needs a photograph, a signature and a thumb impression, each at its own specification — all of them are here: the IBPS photo & signature page (photo 200 × 230, 20–50 KB; signature 140 × 60, 10–20 KB) and the Thumb Impression Resizer (240 × 240, 20–50 KB).
Frequently asked questions
What is the correct size for a handwritten declaration in IBPS and SBI forms?
IBPS and SBI notifications specify the handwritten declaration at 800 × 400 pixels with a file size of 50–100 KB, in JPG format. That is exactly the preset loaded in this tool. Notifications occasionally change details between recruitment cycles, so confirm the numbers in your own notification before submitting — but if it states 800 × 400 and 50–100 KB, this tool makes precisely that file.
What text should the declaration contain?
The exact wording printed in your exam notification — it differs slightly between exams and cycles, so never copy a sample from another source. Write it yourself, in your own handwriting, exactly as given, including your name where the text asks for it. IBPS also specifically instructs that the declaration must not be written in capital letters, and a declaration written by someone else, or in capitals, can be rejected.
Can I type the declaration instead of writing it?
No. The whole point of the handwritten declaration is that it is in your own handwriting — it is compared against your writing and signature at later stages. A typed or printed declaration can get the application rejected. Write it by hand with a dark pen on plain white paper, then photograph it for this tool.
My file came out below 50 KB. Is that a problem?
No — this tool will not leave it below the band. When a clean, mostly-white page compresses to less than 50 KB, the tool adds harmless empty padding data inside the JPG to bring the file into the 50–100 KB band, without changing the picture or its dimensions in any way. The result panel tells you when this has been done.
Is my declaration uploaded to your server?
No. The resizing happens inside your browser on your own device. Your file is never sent anywhere, never stored and never seen by anyone.
