Why does an online form reject my photo?
Usually it is a size problem: the file is larger than the allowed KB limit, the pixel dimensions do not match the specification, or the format is wrong (for example PNG instead of JPG). Our form tools set the exact KB, pixels and format the form asks for, so the upload is accepted.
What sizes do exam and job forms usually need?
It varies by exam. Common examples: SSC and IBPS photos are typically 20–50 KB at 200×230 pixels and signatures 10–20 KB, while many Pakistani exams such as FPSC set their own KB limit at a fixed size. Each tool has preset buttons for popular exams so you do not have to remember the numbers.
